Every piece in my webshop is made especially for you, and only goes into production once you've made your choices and placed the order. Because it's genuine custom work, this means the statutory right of withdrawal does not apply: an order that has been placed cannot be returned.

Every artwork in my collection is available in several materials, and each material in dozens of sizes. That's exactly why everything is only made to order once you've made your final choice. Damage or defects

Has your order been damaged during transport, or isn't the quality quite right? Then Work on the Wall, who handle production and shipping for my webshop, will gladly sort this out for you. In that case, please get in touch with their customer service straight away, and they'll work with you to find a fitting solution.
